Enjoying more of these “superfoods” not only will raise your chances of getting pregnant but will also improve your general health. As mentioned previously here, Avocados are a super food that can greatly help infertility. Not only does it help with the production of cervical mucus, more important it improves the function of the endometrial lining.
Studies conducted by the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology in Istanbul found that those who had avocados were 3.4 times more likely to have a child after IVF than those who didn’t.

It is widely said that drinking just 8oz of 100% pomegranate juice per day can increase your chances of fertility. Do be careful though when mixing pomegranates with drugs for high cholesterol, high blood pressure or blood thinners, and consult your doctor before the intake of pomegranates.
